Pathways to Work and Youth Guarantee The Pathways to Work strategy sets out a comprehensive reform of the State’s approach to helping unemployed jobseekers return to work. The Youth Guarantee Implementation Plan set an objective of ensuring that young people receive an offer of employment, education or training within four months of becoming unemployed.
