What is Feeding Ireland’s Future 2018?
Feeding Ireland's Future (FIF) is an initiative whereby employers give free pre-employment skills advice to young unemployed people. Feeding Ireland’s Future 2018 will take place from 21st to the 1st June, 2018.

What is involved?
Through CV workshops, interview preparation and interaction with experienced HR people, young people have the opportunity to find out exactly what employers are looking for in a job candidate. They also get a chance to find out careers in a range of sectors and may even get to experience first-hand some of the variety of roles available.

This is the 5th year of FIF and over 4,500 young people have participated in an FIF activity from 100+ companies since 2014.

This initiative is promoted by ECR Ireland and is conducted in association with the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection’s Intreo service and the Department of Education and Skills’ Youthreach service.
