Issues NOT covered include:

If you are unhappy with a decision of the Deciding Officer on your claim, you have a right to appeal to the Social Welfare Appeals Office.

A leaflet setting out details of the Appeals Process (Leaflet SW 56), is available from the Social Welfare Appeals Office, D'Olier House, D'Olier Street, Dublin 2, LoCall 1890 747 434, or from your Social Welfare Local Office, or you can request a copy of the  SW56 leaflet is sent out to you in the post.
