Find a job in another European country through the EURES portal (www.eures.europa.eu) where available jobs from all European Member States are published. If you add your CV to the site, registered employers can find your specific competencies. For further job matching towards jobs in Europe, you may also contact your local EURES Adviser at your local INTREO Office.
Through Your first EURES job you can apply for financial support for a job interview in another EU country if you are invited by an employer.

How to apply:
- Complete the application form, print and sign it.

- Attach a document from the employer confirming the invitation to the job interview
- Please attach a copy of: your passport, travel documents/bookings, qualification/diploma or CV, job vacancy, account statement that shows that you are the holder of the bank account
- Scan the application and the document from employer confirming the invitation to the job interview and e-mail to yfej@welfare.ie

The application must be submitted to Your first EURES job before the interview takes place.
When you have been offered a job
You can apply for financial support if you relocate to another EU country to start a new job. The support covers costs towards travel and temporary accommodation during your first stay in the country.

- Attach the document Confirmation of Employment, filled in by the employer:

Other Support Measures
You may also be entitled to receive additional financial support to cope with costs required to move and work in another EU country, as specified hereunder. These support measures are provided on the basis of reimbursement of actual costs and must in all circumstances be duly motivated and approved by us before you go any further.
Your first EURES job makes an individual assessment based on your application. The decision cannot be appealed.
- Recognition of qualifications
If you have got a job in another EU country and need to have your academic and/or professional qualifications recognised in your new country of work, you may qualify for financial support towards the costs incurred.

- Language course
If you have got a job in another EU country, and have a need to attend a shorter language course in order to facilitate your work you may be eligible to apply for support.

- Supplementary relocation allowance
If you have been offered a job in another EU country with the support of Your first EURES job and have special needs, you may qualify for a supplementary relocation allowance. You may have disabilities and/or come from a disadvantaged social/economic background or be facing temporary economic difficulties. The supplementary allowance could be to cover the transportation of a wheelchair or a guide-dog, the travel cost of accompaniment or other duly justified need.
