see Section 11).
If you are getting a payment from the Department of Employment Affairs and Social Protection and you have not already received an application form, complete and send form
NFS1 to the appropriate Section, as listed below.

country and you are living with a person getting an Irish
social welfare payment who is also eligible for the Fuel
