Closure of Postbank
Customers who are currently receiving their Social Services payment into a Postbank account need to make alternative arrangements due to the upcoming closure of Postbank. You should allow adequate time to avoid disruption.
Once you have your new account details you should download the DIR PMT 1 application form, complete it and return it to the relevant section. See the “Contact Us” are of the website for schemes and services contact information and local office contact information
