Can I appeal against a decision?

You have the right to appeal against a decision if you are not satisfied with the outcome of your claim for a payment under the Supplementary Welfare Allowance Scheme. To appeal, you should write to the Appeals Officer at your regional office of the Health Service Executive. The addresses are listed at Section 16 of this booklet.
