Twins - Child Benefit is paid at one and a half times (150%) the normal monthly rate for each child.

All other multiple births - Double the normal monthly rate of Child Benefit is paid.

Early Childcare Supplement*

*Early Childcare Supplement is a payment to assist with childcare costs of children under 6 years. Payment is made automatically if Child Benefit is being paid for a child under 6 years.
