If you are getting a payment from a country covered by EC Regulations or a Bilateral Social Security Agreement with Ireland, you may qualify for Fuel Allowance if you satisfy the conditions and you are:
- living in Ireland,
and
- aged 66 or over,
or
- under age 66 and getting Invalidity Pension or Benefit (for over 12 months), a Widow’s, Widower’s or Surviving Civil Partner’s Pension or a similar payment from another country covered by EC Regulations or a Bilateral Social Security Agreement.
