The PPS Number was formerly called the RSI number. If you already had an RSI number it won't change - just the name is different.
A PPS No. has already been issued to you if:
- You were born in Ireland in 1971 or after
- You have ever worked in Ireland since April 1979
- You are receiving a Social Welfare payment
- You are participating in the Drugs Payment Scheme.
