Office Opening Hours
All of the Department's Offices will be closed on Thursday 17th March 2011 and will reopen on Friday 18th March 2011. (All Post Offices will also be closed on 17th March 2011)
Signing Arrangements for Jobseeker's Customers
Jobseeker's Customers who are due to sign at their Local Social Welfare Office on Thursday 17th March will not have to do so. Normal signing arrangements apply for the rest of the week.
Payment Arrangements
Payment via the Post Office - (Electronic Information Transfer (EIT))
Payments due on Thursday 17th March can be collected from Wednesday 16th March 2011 with the exception of Carers Benefit which will be available for collection from Friday, 18th March 2011.
Payment directly to an account in a financial institution – (Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT))
Payments due on Thursday 17th March will be paid on Wednesday 16th March 2011.
