Payments due for collection week commencing the 24 December 2012 may be collected on your normal collection day during the week beginning the 17 December 2012.
Payments due for Tuesday 1 January 2013 may be collected from Monday 31 December 2012.

Carers Benefit

Other signing frequencies
Customers who sign other than on a monthly basis and who are due to sign between Monday, 10 December 2012 and Friday, 4 January 2013 are excused signing for that period and are being advised of their next signing date.
Signing for postal signers is suspended from Monday, 10 December 2012 until Friday, 4 January 2013. If a postal signing customer’s next signing day falls during this period, the customer will not receive a docket. However, their next docket will cover an eight-week period.
Customers working casually
Casual customers are advised to return dockets for the weeks-ending 11/12, 18/19 and 25/26 December to their local office by 10th December to ensure continuous payment over the Christmas period. As dockets are produced in advance in batches of 4 customers may receive dockets for these dates over separate mailings.
